CRAIG ALAN
Born in 1971 in San Bernardino, California and raised in the Atlanta area, Craig first recognized his creative drive via crayons on his parents' walls, like many inspired young artists, and by the age of 7 his capacity for detailed visual interpretation became undeniable.
He accepted a soccer scholarship at the University of Mobile, AL along with 3 summer art classes and in the first, Pottery, Craig's light bulb switched on in a rejuvenating glow! To help sustain his education he found financial support and enjoyment in driving to New Orleans on his weekends and creating portraits for passers-by on the streets.
FARRELL DOUGLASS
From an early age, Farrell Douglass knew that her true passion in life would be art. She grew up drawing, painting and studying, eventually earning a BA in Visual Design from Auburn University and an honorary degree from The Universite per Stranieri in Perugia, Italy.
After a stint in the corporate insurance world, she returned to her love of art in the 1990’s developing her talent as a watercolourist. She participated in many shows, art leagues and won numerous awards.
MICHAEL FLOHR
Michael Flohr grew up in Lakeside, California, a rural area outside San Diego where his parents owned an auto repair business. At a young age it was found he suffered from dyslexia. As a result, his parents arranged tutoring consisting of math, reading, and best of all, art classes, where he excelled.
Michael Flohr attended the Academy of Art College in San Francisco, experimenting with all disciplines and styles. In his final year he was accepted into the prestigious New York Society of Illustrators, joining such luminaries as Norman Rockwell, N.C. Wyeth and Maxfield Parrish.
EMANUEL MATTINI
Emanuel Mattini is strongly influenced by music. His figurative works are melodies performed in textured forms - brilliant in colour, exciting in design. His works metamorphose music into art, art into human expression, human expression into the rhythm of life.
These qualities were ingrained in Emanuel in his native Shiraz, Iran, the famed valley of poets and philosophers, where he was born in 1966. His education was furthered at the Atlanta Institute of Art with extensive studies in painting and photography.
BRIAN O’NEILL
Brian O’Neill is a self-taught artist from Long Island, New York. He spent many hours at the ocean, saltwater estuaries and lakes that are depicted in his artwork. This is where his lobe of all elements of nature began.
His passion for gardening along with his heightened sense of colour and design inspire his bold florals, stunning still life as well as his beautiful majestic pondscapes.
ANNE PACKARD
Born and raised in Hyde Park, NY, Anne spent her summers as a child in Provincetown. Packard Studied at Bard College and later studied with the late Phil Malicoat. She moved to Provincetown year round in 1977 after raising her five children.
Packard shares a kindred relation to the sea with her grandfather Max Bohm. Bohm, was a highly acclaimed Romantic Impressionist at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries.
FABIAN PEREZ
Fabian was born in Buenos Aires in 1967 and brought up in the small but dynamic Argentinian city of Campana 50 miles outside the capital. From the age of nine he felt at home holding a paintbrush, producing surprisingly mature portraits of family and friends.
His extraordinary parents played a huge part in his creative development; his mother was artistic and imaginative whilst his father was a fascinating figure –well known locally both to the people and the police as a somewhat clandestine character with a hand in various business dealings that operated after dark in the nightclubs and on the streets of the city.
MARTA WILEY
The electrifying animal portraits of Marta Wiley capture the vital spark of her chosen subject with accuracy and passion. Despite an unconventional contemporary palette of sepia tones her work has an energy and drama that breathes life into each exquisitely portrayed character.
Marta was born in Mexico City. Her early life was greatly influenced by her Grandmother the world-renowned artist Martha Gottfried. It was Martha who gave her her first paintbrush to hold at the age of two and encouraged her to use it as Marta herself puts it, ‘painting was my first language’
